Welcome! Thank you for becoming a part of the Rasa Connoisseurs Club. To help you make the most of your membership please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.
There is no fee to join the Rasa Connoisseurs Club and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
By becoming a member you verify that you or the recipient of the membership (i.e. a gift membership) is at least 21 years of age. You authorize Rasa Vineyards to charge your credit card two times per year for two regular club shipments.
Club wines are highly allocated and limited upon release.
Notifications
You will receive an initial email at the beginning of each year outlining the club release schedule and again prior to each club shipment noting important deadline dates (for customization) and details of your shipment. It is the member’s responsibility to notify Rasa Vineyards of any changes to credit card, billing/shipping address, your personalized wine choices, if you need to opt-out of a particular offering (up to three (3) opt-outs) prior to the billing date noted in the email. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes after billing.
Committing to the Rasa Connoisseurs Club
We ask that when joining the Rasa Connoisseurs Club, you remain in the club for a minimum of one calendar year from the date of your registration. We estimate that your financial obligation (if you do not make any customization to your club allocations or add on extra bottles) will be between $350 to $450 per year.
Billing
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file. It is your obligation to update your credit card information online or by phone (509.252-0900) prior to the billing date. In addition any address changes (billing and/or shipping) must be email to info@rasavineyards.com or phone (509.252-0900) at least 5 days prior to the club release. Rasa Vineyards is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping or a restocking fee of $25.
Club wine purchases and taxes are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice.
Shipping
Rasa Connoisseurs Club members enjoy the benefit of complementary ground shipping - however in extreme circumstances for remote and difficult shipping recipient situations, we have negotiated the lowest shipping costs available and are pleased to pass the savings on to our members. Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments are handled by UPS (unless otherwise noted) and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. Returned or refused shipments may incur additional fees.
We ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC,ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Winery Pick Up
Due to space constraints at the tasting room, picking up your club release is available on a limited basis. If you wish to be a will-call member you must alert Rasa Vineyards staff via email at info@rasavineyards.com
Will call members are required to pick up their club wines within 90 days of billing. If you are unable to pick up in that time frame please call (509) 252-0900 or email info@rasavineyards.com to make other arrangements prior to the 90 day requirement. If a club release is not picked up within the 90 day period, and no prior arrangements have been made, the wines will be carefully packed and shipped the following week to the address on file.
Substitutions and Customization
We understand that you may prefer certain wines over others. We will offer you a default selection and allow you to customize if you wish. If you have any questions regarding the selected wines in your shipment please contact us prior to the billing date.
Holds and Cancellations
You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to info@rasavineyards.com at least 5 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.
Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received two club shipments (one-year) and with a 14 day cancellation notice to info@rasavineyards.com or call to (509) 252-0900. If the 14 day cancellation period occurs during a scheduled club month, that shipment will be processed and shipped as your final allocation. All wine purchases, tax and shipping (if applicable) are non-refundable after processing and early cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Sharing Your Club Benefits
Due to system constraints we are only able to have one name and one corresponding email on the membership. Benefits are not transferable. However if you have family or friends who would like to visit the winery when you are not present you may request up to six complimentary guest tastings per calendar year. Please call (509) 252-0900 or email info@rasavineyards.com at least two weeks in advance to arrange for these tastings.
